Create your signature look for Fall with these wardrobe ideas.Specialty department stores and other (used-to-be) not so hip stores like: Target, Sears, Kmart, JC Penny and Kohls were somewhat limited as far as high-fashion was concerned. That is, in comparison to the other high-end fashionable department stores such as: Bloomingdale’s, Nordstrom’s, Saks Fifth Avenue and Belk (who are their competitor’s now). The economy has gotten so bad that no one can seem to afford those ridiculously high prices for fashionable clothes that the more posh department stores continue to charge. Lucky for us, that’s where the other specialty shops and stores have created their niche market.
They cater to the average Joe or Jill (for lack of a better name). That is, those middle class-hard working individuals who happen to care about looking good, but for less. Your local Target, Kohls, Kmart, Sears, JC Penny’s are now giving the competition a run for its money…They’ve gone clever and incorporated some of our favorite celebrities to create signature collections for them-attracting the attention of many. Kohl’s has the soon-to-be ex husband and wife team-the Mark Anthony and Jennifer Lopez collection available in stores now; and, Kohls still carries the Daisey Fuentes collection. While JC Penny has A.N.A, Bisou Bisou and MNG by Mango. Kmart just signed on with one of Hollywood’s newest stars, Sofia Vergara of Modern Family (funny show by the way!). And, who could forget the infamous Kardashian sisters, who have teamed up to design a collection for Sears (Kardashian Kollection). Then there’s target, last but certainly not least, has Missoni-enough said!!!
