I am so exhausted from getting ready for out next big trip to Israel this June…Like OMG its coming up in 7.5 weeks. I have been stiffing through travel info, look ing to find things that will interest my wiggly 4.5 yr old, myself and my mom and new step-dad. We will be there for 3 weeks and we can hardly wait.  This  week has been fun at my son’s school, as they are celebrating Israel’s Independence and 67th Birthday. Alex has been coming home all excited about this trip! He is taking about visiting the Kotel, the Dead Sea, Masada and more.

Which leads me to my next step…what to bring! Ugh he is almost 5 now and what was great for him 6 months ago and even 2 years ago won’t suffice. So off to my local children’s store, New Baby Products to get the latest & greatest ideas and goodies when traveling with toddler and/or baby! Kelly, Krystal and Lindsay (all sister’s) in the family owned business, have been helping me since Alex was in tummy!

Kelly met with me, and after a few questions of what our trip might look like, she gave me the low down on what to bring …so here it is.

Alex loves to swim and be in the water for hours.  So what do you do with the wet swim suit(s), The Itzy Ritzy Travel Happens Sealed Wet Bag, is the best way to store and travel with wet or dry items while still being both eco-friendly and fashionable. The wet bags are made with a 100-percent cotton designer fabric exterior and BPA-Free, PVC-Free lining that is thick, soft and unlike any other bag in its class. Designed with sealed seams and a lead-free zipper, this bag prevents leaks and odors from getting out while keeping its contents inside. I love them…Alex picked his next bag out for Israel

The next thing I needed and somewhat worried about is the jet-lag and “Ima (mommy), hold me, my legs are tired” routine that always happens no matter where we are. Although is at the age where he may or may not need a stroller, being that we are going to unchartered territory, an umbrella stroller was the next item I was looking for. Kelly showed me the Uppa Baby G-lite Series. This stroller is light weight and has a breathable mesh seat.Good for those hot travel places this summer. The G-LITE is so lightweight and portable that it will surely become your favorite ‘get around town’ accessory. Juggling kids, the groceries and your car keys? You can pick up the G-LITE with one hand using its convenient carry strap.

Another thing that is defiantly a MUST as Sunglasses and Googles . Babiators is a cool and new brand of sunglasses for baby and toddler. If we are going to protect our eyes so must we protect our kids! Babiators products are durable — made to withstand whatever adventure your child dreams up. We know life can be a bit unpredictable, so should you lose or break your Babiators product within one year of purchase, we’ll send you a replacement — free. WHICH IS AWESOME …FREE which Maui Jim would do that for me! They have great styles to choose from, for your adventurous, cool or hipster tike. Even your princess will look gorgeous darling. Check my Jetsett Store and link to amazon to get your tike some cool shades for the summer.
